Muntaka, Ablakwa, and Sam George featured in Mahama’s latest ministerial nominations.

President John Dramani Mahama has unveiled his latest set of ministerial nominations.

Muntaka Mubarak, MP for Asawase, has been nominated as Minister-Designate for the Interior Ministry, while Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu, is set to lead the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Samuel Nartey George, MP for Ningo-Prampram, has been named Minister-Designate for Communications, and Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, MP for Ellembelle, has been selected to head the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources.

Additionally, Edward Omane Boamah is the nominee for the Ministry of Defence, Kofi Adams has been appointed to the Sports Ministry, and Kwabena Mintah Akandoh is set to serve as Health Minister, pending parliamentary approval.

A statement from the Presidency confirmed that the list has been submitted to the Speaker of Parliament for prior approval.
